1. It would have annoyed me if I were there for a family vacation, had paid the price of staying at this location, and found one of the major features on the resort unavailable for several hours.

4. The service was very prompt but when you advertise Fresh Florida OJ for $5 a glass and give me orange water, I tend to get a bit annoyed.

The same is true for the snacks in the room, everything in on a pressure plate, so make sure your young kids do not pick up or play with the snacks, you will be charged if they are lifted from the pressure plate, requiring a visit to the front desk to get the charge removed from your bill (very annoying).

Being a frequent traveler I was annoyed with this experience and went to the front desk to take it up with someone higher spoke to another front desk supervisor who told me that everyone else is assistants and HE is a supervisor, I told him my complaint but again disappointed he could care less.

9. I told him I wanted a higher room and he acted annoyed and put me on the 14th while warning me there was 'no view and nothing to look at.

10. The only bad thing to say is that to get the car is a bit annoying everyday cos the car park is quite far back but there's a shuttle that goes to and from there so you just gotta be patient, But definitely recommended.
