4. And by loud I mean we were on the 11th floor and it was loud combined with the peridoc announcement in broken english by the staff instructing people not to put towels on chairs to save them.

5. Service staff was generally unhelpful, was charged more than the convention room rate and the sales group did not return my call about it, had a broken blow dryer in my room and had to go to a meeting with wet hair because housekeeping could not get me a new one within 25 min.

6. The elevators were backed up and several broken all throughout my stay.

7. Any requests were met with a smile, and a follow up call to make sure they were done: new iron to replace the broken one, fridge for the room, late checkout, evening housekeeping service, etc.
