1. My room overlooked the atrium and was loud 24 hours a day.

2. Though this is not the hotel's concern, but moreso the convention staff's agreement with the hotel, the rate was not aligned with the small room; cheap toiletries; and in my case, a room that had a unusable balcony because it stood over the loud smelly exhausts from teh restaurants.

3. there were lots of young teenage americans running around the hotel in the evenings very loud (proms or sweet sixteens booked here) so familys staying just for the night.

10. My only gripe was my room in the East tower was on the same side as the AC cooling fan banks and the drone they made was uncomfortably loud with the balcony door open.
