I spent 45 minutes
hassl
ing with the front desk where they were saying they would need to investigate it further - by the end of our stay we noticed that they credited our account for it.

First, remember this is a LARGE resort so with that there are drawbacks - you have to shuttle to and from a massive parking garage so it is a
hassle
to come and go and it takes a while.

If you have trouble walking or aren't up for the physical exertion, the parking shuttle is available but it seemed like a bigger
hassle
than just hoofing it.

It also costs 12 dollars a day to park - not a big deal compared to the cost of the room, but the parking was so inconvenient that I felt that they should be paying me for all the
hassle
.
