1. I spent 45 minutes hassling with the front desk where they were saying they would need to investigate it further - by the end of our stay we noticed that they credited our account for it.

3. First, remember this is a LARGE resort so with that there are drawbacks - you have to shuttle to and from a massive parking garage so it is a hassle to come and go and it takes a while.

8. If you have trouble walking or aren't up for the physical exertion, the parking shuttle is available but it seemed like a bigger hassle than just hoofing it.
