The only
issue
s we had at all were: we got only decaf coffee one day in our room but I called the front desk and they brought up a bag of 6 or 7 regular coffee packs plus amenity packets.

Since I was in and out, I knocked the temp back down, but for a family returning hot and sweaty after a day in one of the parks, this could be a real
issue
.

The agent that assisted us had some
issue
s with our reservations and had to call a supervisor, who then had to call a manager, who just checked us in.

Giant resort type property though - lots of walking if you're not in the right tower - make sure to ask if this is an
issue
for you.

Not a major
issue
by any means but when I compare it to the Hyatt Grand Cypress Resort in Orlando, you feel as if Hyatt was remodeled top to bottom - this place feels like it had a 'facelift' not a full body lift.

So while I thought the hotel itself was beautiful, the staff friendly, and the restaurants excellent, these two
issue
s did put a damper on an otherwise excellent trip.

My one
issue
there is that if you have to use the bathroom while working out, they don't want you to use the bathrooms in the spa that is connected to it, but go out of the building to the bathrooms that are next to the spa pool.

Parking is not adjacent, a shuttle must be taken, but that really wasn't an
issue
for us.
