1. Had to call security for the excessive noise, before I could get the complaint out, they informed me that several calls had been made and they will send security up again.

2. The only complaints with the room itself would be the comfort of the bed and that the mini-fridge was stocked so full with sale items, that it did not leave room for you to add a drink or two to keep cool.

4. I would think dealing with cranky families all day who are exhausted from trips to Disney would wear on the staff, but they were really pleasant- they seem genuinely interested in their guests- even though they must see thousands every week and hear all kinds of complaints from guests like me who are upset they have to pay for breakfast.
