I just stayed at the Marriott World Conference Center in Orlando with my family for a week in June and was very disappointed in the overall lack of service, focus, communication and competency at the hotel listed below are in no particular order are a sampling of some of the frustrating events that occurred during our stay.

5. Even though there's no denying the sophistication of this hotel - the grand lobby area, the amazing pool - I was really disappointed and frustrated with my experience, and I'm not sure we'll ever book at this Marriott again.

6. And if the extra charge wasn't enough of a pain, the local hotel couldn't fix it - I had to call the corporate billing services during business hours, be put on hold, etc - even more frustrating than the original problem.
