1. The let down comes down to the attention to details : from the quality of the staff training (I live in Asia so the difference is obviously staggering when it comes to take an order for room service or help you out with anything) through to the quality of the food (average +, even at the pricey steak house) or the quality of the amenities (gym and pool side need a facelift), it left me a bit underwhelmed.

2. They were on the pricey side (50 for two grilled fish sandwiches, fries, and two Arnold Palmers), but they were VERY tasty.

3. Because we didn't have a car, it felt like we were trapped in the world center and the eating options on site are not very promising and quite pricey.

4. Don't think for a minute you are going to be able to stash anything in the mini-bar, even a little bit of your pricey dessert from one of the restaurants-they are kept just cool, not cold, and packed to prevent any personal use.
