3. We were very taken aback by this and when we complained to the restaurant manager he did not apologize he only asked us if we would like him to run our credit card for a dollar so that we could tip on our card.

5. I believe some of the rooms are renovated and some are not, but I can't confirm- I heard a guest complain they weren't in a renovated room when I was checking out.
