1. The free transport to the parks was great aswell, it was just a shame the last bus back from Disney was 9.

2. We were out every day and night at different parks or shopping so we didn't get chance to use the pool or jacuzzi area at all which is a shame.

3. I think it's a shame the hotel allows these people to dominate their lobby tourist area, it is off putting and I would suggest ignoring them altogether.
