1. We had one small incident, the flush broke twice on our toilet but both times were fixed promptly with no problem and reception called back afterwards to make sure that we were satisfied with the repair.

3. I expect to see kids at the pool but the screaming at night?? Our first couple of nights were very quiet and then all hell broke loose next door when we got neighbors with small kids screaming until 12:30am.
