1. This is by no means a bad hotel, it is just a little worn and I think rating it four stars is a real stretch.

2. After my own experience at this hotel, I am convinced that many of the 'bad' reviews are NOT the fault of the management on site- but perhaps due to some oversight or SKIMPING on repairs by off-site owners.
