4. The only possible negatives of our stay were:( 1) the phone service didn't seem to work properly and on the Sunday, when we had early entry passes to the park, the wake-up call service wasn't working in the hotel (we weren't the only ones affected) but fortunately one family member came and banged on our door and we drove in a blind panic to make good on our passes; (2) the room fridge was nice-I'm just not sure it was cold enough / worked properly and (3) we sadly were staying on the floor where a teenage church group was also staying and their antics up and down the hallways at night were very annoying and not very sleep inducing (not the hotel's fault though).

5. On Thursday evening February 17th after a long day at work - went to my room to find that I was locked out of my room (my room key was blocked) I went to the front desk to advise them that it was NOT possible since the evening before I had left a $50 cash deposit at the desk - they explained that my deposit was already used - not understanding how that was possible since I had only checked in the night before I was told that I had made from the room 3 phone calls which totaled less then 3 minutes but totaled $27 in charges - please note that the calls were made from within the hotel to my friend who was parking out car OUTSIDE the hotel - keep in mind 3 separate less then 3 minute phone calls in total all from within the hotel to a cell phone number outside the hotel $27 - I explained that I wanted to speak to the front desk manager 'Jennifer' and was told she was on the phone and would call me when her time allowed - 40 minutes later she called already annoyed from her previous dealing WITH SOMEONE else she was EXTREMELY abrupt in her conversation with me and told me I 'should read more carefully the telephone charges prior to making a call next time' and hung up .
