1. Excellent location and shuttle service was very good although only negative point was that I didn't like the fact that you couldn't book universal shuttle until day of travel and done on first come, first served basis at 7am, which is a bit early after a heavy day at the parks.

8. the one negative i have to mention is the information desk i would advise people to avoid it if they can at best they dont seem to know anything and will give you different (mostly wrong) information depending on what time of day you ask them questions and at worst they just try to sell holiday inn hotels to you.
