4. The convience of having the Universal Salesperson in the lobby saved us time at the gate and we were also able to get the internet rates on our tickets - downfall to that was almost went to timeshare rep.

7. I would say the only downfall to this hotel is the noisy air conditioning unit which is located right beside the bed.

8. You get a free shuttle to Universal, Seaworld and Disney Epcot (But you can get anywhere in Disney by using buses and Monorail from here) only downfall is you have to book the night before and you have to book a time home.

9. The only downfall that I had was that they wouldn`t accept my priority club priviliges for the free continental breakfast because I booked through hotwire.
