1. Has anyone ever sat down there?The air-con was not only noisy as other reviews mention but hard to control, the thermostat on the wall was falling apart - the front came off several times.

4. (it was clear to me that the 'lower' cleaning staff was NOT an indication of the overall management of the hotel) Everyone else on the hotel 'team' was more than professional and worked extremely hard to make up for the shortcomings of a few 'lacking' employees.

5. When we first arrived, it was late at night, we were exhausted and loaded down with luggage, and this ticket seller woman literally chased us to the elevator trying to hard-sell tickets to us.

You can walk to Wet n Wild, easy drive to Universal and you can walk out into I-Drive and its in a quiet area - what else do you want?All in all, a really good hotel, you would be hard to find a more dedicate dteam, from the front door man to the cleaners, they certainly do do 'W I T' (Whatever It Takes)Brian Lewis.

8. Many families with a lot of kids stayed there, having breakfast and it was hard to find a place ( never ever a quite place, while having cereals, some fruits and a bagel with cream cheese ).
