3. the one negative i have to mention is the information desk i would advise people to avoid it if they can at best they dont seem to know anything and will give you different (mostly wrong) information depending on what time of day you ask them questions and at worst they just try to sell holiday inn hotels to you.

5. Hotel is fine for the rate they offer and we can not complain about it and as long as you avoid the food and beverage department you will be fine.
