6. This Hotel was a complete feast of comfortNo little problem to much trouble (the switch in the free courtesy safe) turned off by my good self by mistake, the hotel maintenance responded within 10 minutes.

On checking out there was a mistake with some charges that I had been given for phone calls that I hadnt made, I was given an immediate refund without any fuss at all, the only extras I paid for was $50 for a late check out room as my flight was not til 6pm, this was well worth it so you can have an extra couple of hours in the sun.
