1. The room and hallway had a smokey and musty smell and the windows can't open.

4. ( and btw for a smoking floor the rooms surprisingly did not have a stale smokey smell, which is always nice) the new room was angled but again a world of a difference from the 1st (1010-new room #)The staff couldn't have been nicer, they really tried to help when they could.
