After the General Manager had told us how sorry she was for what she said the very next morning there was a banging on our door like there was a fire in the building since we had put the 'do not disturb' sign on our door we really did think there must be some sort of emergency that someone would bang on our door so loudly and with the sign there.

4. The cons are that the hotel was a little loud, one of the beds had several black hairs & a small bug (NOT a bed bug) in the sheets before anyone had been in it & the comfortor & pillows were filthy.
