4. Luckily, the corporate aspect of Best Western is dependable, and we were able to resolve our problems through the corporate offices and get our money back.

She told us we got what we paid for - we were really shocked since we were holding a booking confirmation that stated we had booked a room with 2 beds - OK the manager said we have sorted it now whats the problem? even more shocked now we explained we had paid for 2 beds and only received one, she then said she would speak to Bookit.

9. and told them we were shoppng and asked if I NEEDED to get a taxi to drive me over there so I would get myroom on lower floor, NOT A PROBLEM I was told, to continue shopping, that they had my reservation and it was guaranteed.

10. When my daughter and I tried to check in before lunch that day, the young lady at the desk also told us she was aware I wanted a lower room with a view - she did not think it would be a problem at that time.
