1. Not only was the mattress well beyond the point of needing to be replaced, the hotel uses cheap small 'throw cushion' type pillows, and one of the pillowcases was filthy (see photo).

2. The cons are that the hotel was a little loud, one of the beds had several black hairs & a small bug (NOT a bed bug) in the sheets before anyone had been in it & the comfortor & pillows were filthy.
