3. We stayed here since it seemed to be reasonable but after parking fees ($28/per day, with in and out privileges) it averaged about $112 a night, which, all things considered, was not bad.

6. However if you want somewhere you will receive polite professional staff then go somewhere else and I have not exaggerated any of this if anything I have not expressed just how bad it really was.

We were feeling quite upset by this time and decided to contact Best Western Customer Services who informed us the person we had been speak to (the manager) was not the manager at all so things got worse - we got the name of the General Manager of the hotel and spoke to her and then things really did get bad.

9. Just beware of the generator/air conditioner noise, mentioned in other reviews, very noisy even with ear plugs, can't say whether all the rooms are like this but for us the sleep quality was bad.
