3. I have stayed at over 40 Best Westerns across the country(and even the other one just on the other side of the French Quarter 3 years ago) and this was the single most incredibly poor experience I've ever had with a Best Western.

5. I then told her I felt the $28 per day was poorly spent to have to wait 30 minutes and especially blocking a lane of traffic and asked to have this charge reversed for poor service.
