1. Dave brought us a tiny and very safe space heater for our room, as we experienced a few chilly nights, the housekeeping staff was helpful and unobtrusive, and the hotel even arranged with my husband for a special holiday gift to be delivered to me at the hotel.

3. if you don't like charm, history, European flavor, a wonderful tiny restaurant & a lovely little bar, or amazing friendliness - then you probably don't really like what makes New Orleans and the French Quarter so unique.
