1. The location is close close to perfect, in the desirable SE corner of the quarter, a short walk to Frenchman Street and far enough from the drunkfest on Bourbon Street that you can avoid it entirely.

4. Great staff- provided us with umbrellas on a rainy night, gave good advice about what to see and areas to avoid, and gave us an electric kettle for our use when we came in from a very cold night out.

6. It is in a perfect location - it is in walking distance to everything you want to walk to, but you can avoid the craziness of burbon street if it's not your thing.
