1. We arrived late and unfortunately had to take the last room (a smoking one) but they were wonderful about moving us first thing the next morning.

3. We were unfortunate that we arrived on the coldest day that Miami had experienced for some years but when I asked for the air con to be fixed a serviceman arrived in minutes and had the room warm very quickly.

6. I recommend the 'So Breakfast,' which at 14 Dollars is not such a bad deal, very good tea too, but unfortunately not in the rooms - that would have been great.
