1. From the curtains falling down in the middle, the stained chaise, the lack of shampoo/conditioner, etc to the handtowel which should be in the rag bin.

5. The only minus points were the carpet (not dirty but just didn't fit with the room), the lack of lighting (no ceiling lights and only lamps casting enough light but the room still felt too 'ambient') and the odd louvre doors on the wardrobe.

10. Nothing has change in this hotel, for me is still one of the best in the area, from bell boys to room service is one class hotel, however the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom turn me down.
