1. They do not use top sheets on their beds(gross) and the shower control popped off when I went to turn it on and when I grabbed a complementary bottle of water from the room it wasn't water.

2. The carpet is disgusting and smells moldy, the beds are hard as a rock, there are 'unknown' stains on the chaise lounge in my room, and the bathtub looks dirty and gross.
