I'll start with the basic shortcomings--tiny sink in the bathroom and tiny shelves above the toilet so there is basically no room for any personal items (hardly room to place a contact lens case beside the sink); no closet--just a small cramped hanger area in the furniture beside the tv; poor lighting and poorly designed lighting controls that make it far from obvious how to control the lighting in the room; rather worn carpet; outside the window there is a poorly designed recessed area that is in effect a pigeon coop (there was so much cooing at first light that at first I thought the folks in the room next door were having an extended(.

3. If you want a tiny bottle of free water, you have to track down the concierge, who's usually talking to the doorman, and when you do get it's at best, room temp.

6. We arrived quite late and didn't wander around the area but there is a tiny shop in the lobby for small items such as bottled water and crisps/chips.

No mini bar, no store in lobby, no coffee in lobby, nomorning newspaper in room, small weird wash cloths, only 2 towels total,tiny crappy shampoo, smallest & worst TV seemingly purchased second handfrom closing Holiday Inn in Bulgaria (with only 20 channels), no magazines in room, dirty iron that soiled my shirt, no bible,no pen, no writing paper5.
