3. stayed for 2 nights at the sofitel recently first night there was a sweet 16 party we were on the 8th floor and the noise was unacceptable couldnt move us no rooms offered us nothing 2nd night there was a wedding again noise was way too loud couldnt sleep and they offered nothing would not recommend this hotel they dont care about their guests and you pay good money to stay there.

Also, when we arrived we were put in a room with a loud banging from what was later discovered to be the boiler room, and when we asked to switch rooms they claimed they didn't know what we were talking about but later told by a staff member that that happens all the time but they tried to put any sucker in that room.
