Advantages: - very close to the airport - great access to downtown Miami and beaches - pets accepted at no charge (I saw many dogs and cats in the hotel) - very, very friendly staff - great views for airplane freaks - very comfortable beds Disadvantages: - the hotel is pretty old and definitely needs a major refresh - really dirty windows - general feeling of a 1970's building - planes can get quite noisy.
