4. inmy case, my key didnt open to wrong room, but in his case, they gavee him the wrong room, and HIS KEY WAS ABLE TO OPEN OUR ROOM.

9. We called the hotel to get directions and the first lady I spoke with gave me the wrong directions but when we realized we were going the wrong way I called back and the second girl I spoke to guided me right to the hotel over the phone, and checked out room to ensure it was ready.

10. There was a burned out light bulb by the sink, the tub did not drain properly and the clock was set to the wrong time and difficult to figure out.
