1. Upon arriving the computer system had broken down and everyone was standing around waiting to get their rooms.

2. I've had mold in one bathroom ceiling, no hot water, water stoppage mid-shower, really cheap shower heads, torn shower curtains, plugged up toilets, hard to control air conditioners, on/off internet connections, broken lights and everything else I'm forgetting right now.

4. Furthermore, they did not have enough towels to distribute, the elevators are too few and extremely slow (our group was forced to use stairs to rooms as high as the 12h floor all weekend) and several guests had their cars broken into overnight.
