The positives: - the wireless internet access works well - room service is reliable (but slow like others noted)- the staff at the check-in are very friendlyThe negatives:- in many of the rooms that I have stayed in the air conditioner is either extremely noisy or doesn't work at all (not a good thing in the South)- you absolutely, positively CANNOT reach anyone on at the front desk after 8pm.
