1. Room was on the 16th floor and I heard no noise or other disturbances either evening even though Cincinnati won and it was New Year's Eve to boot.

2. My 'do not disturb' sign was up but all other hotels I have been to leave towels and supplies in a bag on the door.

3. What is most disturbing is watching a bunch of towels fall off of the maids cart onto the filthy hall floor ( worn down carpet) and her she folded them and put them back onto the cart.
