2. 5 years, I hav stayed at 100+ hotels and maybe 300+nights of hotel stays, and never had I encountered such a bunch of incompetent staff.

3. The person I talked to was a Columbian girl, and out of all the incompetent employees, she was by far beetter than all of theem ( but still not so great).
