1. It's odd to me as room service is great, customer relations is great and nothing ever seems to be a problem when you interact with staff.

6. Guest services said that since another convention ahead of ours had "problems w/ removing the towels / rags and taking them to the pool" that if we needed additional rags other than the 2 they initially bring, then we would need to call the front desk each time there was a need.
