1. I've had mold in one bathroom ceiling, no hot water, water stoppage mid-shower, really cheap shower heads, torn shower curtains, plugged up toilets, hard to control air conditioners, on/off internet connections, broken lights and everything else I'm forgetting right now.

2. They were very busy with some type of family reunion or conference and every time they came to their room, I could hear everything, so it was very hard to relax.
