1. The room is very large, with a centrally located bed, quiet and there was a quiet terrace, which unfortunately I could not use as it was raining during my stay.

7. We were greeted by name everywhere we went, and services were offered promptly, courteously, and without attitude, which is something I unfortunately *did* expect.

8. The amount of people through the hotel is large and that leads to some unfortunate issues: Concierge was very efficient but not warm, 'Bazar' restaurant waiters are 'too cool' and rarely present (getting the bill took 15 minutes+).

9. There is absolutely no 'in room' sound privacy, if someone is in the bathroom, you hear everything (sorry to be so frank) unfortunately this is a real life design fault.

10. unfortunately my gnome did not join me on his trip, so I did encounter some challenges with ironing (and once again find a plug for the iron).
