1. The front desk showed discretion on some charges which was appreciated, and when there was a double billing problem with some laundry it was quickly removed.

7. They messed up on my room reservation and it took them three hours to correct while I waited in the wrong room without any communication of what the problem was from the front desk.

9. I did have a problem with my phone and it took two requests to the front desk to fix it; the smoke detector was fixed with the first request.
