3. so why I am complaining?Firstly, the rooms are very, very, very dark - the extent that seeing the contents of your suitcase is difficult, even with all the lights on maximum, and good luck getting ready, because even the bathroom's don't contain any bright lights at all.

4. It was more gimmicky than comfortable, we had breakfast downstairs in front of our own fireplace, but the table and couch were very difficult to eat at comfortably.

6. The only things I'd change in the room is to 1: make the safe easier to access for someone shorter than 5'8" (at 5'3" I could reach in, it was just difficult to see if I'd gotten everything out.

7. Despite all of the mirrors, it is difficult to apply makeup and do hair because of the extremely poor lighting.
