1. The front desk staff were nice and tried hard, but they mixed up my billing information and blamed accounting.

There was also some odd quirks like the second room did not have ipod speakers (we asked for them and they were promptly brought up) and the sliding door between the bathroom and the main room was like not properly sliding in our second room, and the hotel in general is just very dark and like hard to find bathrooms and such.
