1. We had several issues with the service, from check-in to simple things like requesting more lighting for our suite and our original room, with some requests taking hours and repeated calls.

3. They did however upgrade us to a SLS suite for the remainder of our 4 night stay, which definitely made up for this issue in the beginning.

4. I had no issues at all with the staff, they are phenomenal, everyone of them.

8. I didn't find dim lighting to be an issue, so perhaps this is a result of the hotel making this improvement after prior reviews.
