We had several
issue
s with the service, from check-in to simple things like requesting more lighting for our suite and our original room, with some requests taking hours and repeated calls.

They did however upgrade us to a SLS suite for the remainder of our 4 night stay, which definitely made up for this
issue
in the beginning.
