3. It's a little bit tricky to complain about family noise at 6am (as opposed to music at 3am), but it was disturbing nonetheless and should at least underscore how thin the walls are here.

Although I can't see them changing the 'smokers gauntlet' anytime, I would give the SLS another chance because of it's location and as it's a relatively new facility, but I would ask for a room at the end of the hall and up high to avoid the noise from the driveway and partying guests getting to their rooms.

9. And judging by the noise permeating the paper thin hotel room door from guests returning to their rooms all night, the party palace nightlife is obviously fun, but not when you want to sleep after a 14 hour flight and be prepared to do business the next day.
