1. At that point I called down to complain they appoligized and sent up bath products.

9. It's a little bit tricky to complain about family noise at 6am (as opposed to music at 3am), but it was disturbing nonetheless and should at least underscore how thin the walls are here.

10. so why I am complaining?Firstly, the rooms are very, very, very dark - the extent that seeing the contents of your suitcase is difficult, even with all the lights on maximum, and good luck getting ready, because even the bathroom's don't contain any bright lights at all.
