Some of the things that lowered the review are minor (but important to me): the miniature ironing board was very hard to iron shirts and pants on (and kept folding down), the room layout made it feel cramped since I was always trying to squeeze by some piece of furniture, my room on the second floor had a view that was mostly an external wall, and the the overall value (what I paid for what I got) just seemed a little out of skew.
