5. My wife said that the electrical socket was on the wrong wall but I guess I was oblivious to this detail- For a really nice hotel the hallway/wall noise was quite loud- Pool is very small and does not receive much sunOverall we had a great experience and would return on our next trip to Houston.

7. Why the big fuss over this hotel??? I should have known something was wrong when we pulled up to valet and there were thugs hanging outside the front door smoking cigars.

8. The fact that they were not able to rent out the room for someone else is validation for why they would not give me a full refund even though I did not stay in the room and they understand that I was given the wrong price for the night in which they refused to honor.

9. (Which isnt very much, but it was an additional wrong on their part)There are lots of hotels in the same price range (St Regis for example) in the area.
