1. Traffic was really bad in that area, so it was nice that you can easily walk to the galleria mall.

4. The staff at the restaurant found out we had a bad night and spent the rest of the week making us feel like friends and for no other reason than we had a bad experience and the wanted to make it up to us, even thought they did 10 times over.

9. Through out my 2 day stay, I never encountered one bad experience, although I was dissappointed in the pool size (more like a jacuzzi), the rooms are nice and the bed was comfortable.
