1. What's the point if they are always broken? Also, the rooms are generally pretty dusty, but that is probably because it is normally kind of empty (we often get this hotel when we priceline the galleria area).

3. The windows are single layer, and must be 30years old, you can enjoy the surround sound of the freeway 24/7, the room was old, and dusty, really disgusting.
